Can I track my package?
Yes, after you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be packaged as soon as possible and wait to be picked up. As soon as your order has been picked up by the postal service, you will receive another email with a tracking number and link so you can track your order. If you don’t receive any of these then please email us on email@example.com
I did not receive an order confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email after you placed your order then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If for some reason you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. We can refund you for the order but you will still be charged for postage and packaging fee.
My package came damaged?
If your package has been delivered to you damaged then please contact us on email@example.com, we will request pictures of the damage and then send you details on how to return the product. Once we have received the product we will send you a replacement.
What happens if I decide I don't want my order anymore?
If for some reason you have decided you now don't want your order then contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org, if we have not packed your order yet we can refund you the full cost. If however the packed has been sent or received then please note our returns policy does not include buyers remorse but only damaged or mislabeled products
